Returns & Refunds

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it. Just e-mail us at [email protected] with your order number.

• Return the item unused and in its original packaging within 14 days of notifying us.
• Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
• We refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method.

Items that cannot be returned

As permitted by EU consumer law, the following items cannot be returned:

• personalized or custom-made items (with names, dates, messages or your own design);
• chocolate, honey and other food products;
• digital files (SVG) once the download has started.

Damaged or wrong item?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will replace the item or refund you, including shipping costs.
